Emme Technology Srl manufactures in Sesto San Giovanni (Milan
– Italy) the “Max-Air” Double Acting and Spring Return
rack&pinion Pneumatic
Actuators both in Aluminium (from 15 Nm to 3800
Nm) and Technopolymer
(from 15 Nm to 60 Nm.)
In designing our actuators, we took the best ideas existing in the marketplace
and developed a product that is significantly enhanced in both design
and materials, all the while providing the greatest amount of mounting
flexibility possible, regardless of valve type.
We added new interesting ideas and features into the design which have
distinguished our products in marketplace, such as direct-mount versatility
with our interchangeable mounting flange design, adjustable travel stops
which are the largest available in the industry at ± 10° on
both ends of the stroke, and a complete line of technopolymer actuators
designed to meet toughest environments. Our aluminum serie can be also
supplied in different rotation: 120°, 135°, 150° and 180°,
both Double Acting and Spring Return.
We also manufacture a complete
line of accessories:
- Limit Switch Boxes
From a Very
Compact Techno polymer unit with visual indicator and NAMUR
mounting bracket to a full line of Aluminum
Boxes (IP67, EExd and EExia ATEX approved) to cover all the
market needs.
- Solenoid
Valves
Full range of NAMUR Solenoid Valves field interchangeable from 3 to 5
ways. Available as IP65, EExm and EExia ATEX approved and 3 Positions
- Positioners
Pneumatic 3÷15 PSI and Electropneumatic 4÷20 mA Positioners
(available as EExia and EExd ATEX approved)
We do finally provide automation services which includes Barcket &
Coupling and all the adapters needed to automated every valve.
- Reducers
The declutchable gear box series with unlocking system for emergency control by Emme Technology.
These gear boxes, installed between the valve and the actuator, are used for manually operate an automated valve
